Background: Otto was born on May 21st, 2732 in the Berlin district of San Francisco. Otto had a nice childhood, his parents basically spoiled him. They would buy him anything he wanted, but usually, he didn't want much. He was in all honors in school and passed with flying colors. He has an older brother who joined the UMC, and they chatted a lot. Otto was convinced that he must help the UTF in anyway possible as the UTF rose out of the UTR ashes. He would donate any FedCredits he earned to the Loyalist Union. He never did anything against the law and he scolded his friends for doing something wrong. Once he became of age, he joined the UMC, his foolish heart set on helping the UTF, to die for it. His parents weren't really excited or happy that he was joining the UMC, but he ignored them. He joined with great excitement, to destroy all Federal. He was extremely devoted to his cause, not disobeying a single order.
