2nd Degree Murder - Non-Premeditated killing of a humanoid without prior intent, also including failed murder attempts. (40 Years Prison)
3rd Degree Murder - Non-Premeditated killing of a humanoid without prior intent, under circumstances that would cause reasonable physical or mental stress. (5 Years Prison)
Involuntary Manslaughter - Non-Premeditated killing of a humanoid without prior intent, nor knowledge of death being a possibility, or in the case where death was accidental or unavoidable yet negligent. (5K Credit Fine)
