The UTFL is the loyalist group for off world planets.
They are a sub - organization of Space Guard for off world citizens and civilians that are loyal to the UTF
Each UTFL party on a planet is commanded by an OfC from Space Guard
The members of UTFL get trained in very basic combat.
Their main job is to promote the UTF's ideals on other planets.
They are Semi - Organized meaning that they have a uniform and training.
